Solid Wood Dining Tables & Chairs

Solid wood dining tables and chairs, designed in Ireland — real hardwood tops and legs, not a veneered board on a hidden frame. Choose a sculptural fluted-leg table that seats eight or a cleaner metal-base table for six, and pair them with matching solid-wood chairs. Free white-glove delivery and assembly Ireland-wide.

How to choose

Allow about 60 cm of table edge per diner. The fluted-leg table (2.2m) seats eight and makes the room’s centrepiece; the metal-base table (1.8m) seats six and reads a little more minimal. Leave roughly 90 cm behind each chair to pull out and sit down, then add solid-wood dining chairs to suit.

Why solid hardwood

Every Heava piece is solid hardwood the whole way through — no MDF, veneer or particleboard, right down to the drawer bases and backs. It's a dense, oak-like timber that wears in rather than out. More about the wood we use.

Materials & care

Use mats under hot dishes and wipe spills promptly — solid timber can mark if liquid sits. Dust along the grain with a dry cloth; avoid silicone or all-purpose sprays.

Free white-glove delivery & assembly

Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland — we bring it into the room, assemble it, and take the packaging away. Everything is designed in Ireland by the makers of The Spinery.

Frequently asked

How many people do the tables seat?
The 2.2m fluted-leg table comfortably seats eight; the 1.8m metal-base table seats six. Both can take an extra place at each end for a squeeze.
Are the tabletops solid wood or veneer?
Solid wood hardwood — the top and the legs. There is no veneer or MDF core, so the table can be lightly sanded and re-oiled years down the line.
Can I buy the chairs separately?
Yes. The solid-wood dining chairs are sold individually, so you can order exactly the number you need to go with either table.
Do the tables come assembled?
We deliver and assemble free anywhere in Ireland — the table arrives built and levelled in your room, with the packaging taken away.
What finishes are available?
Natural (light) and Walnut (dark) on the tables and chairs, so you can match or contrast. See both at the Monkstown showroom.
