The 3-Seat measures 280cm wide, 100cm deep and 92cm high, so allow a wall run of roughly three metres plus a little breathing room either side. It suits a main living room or open-plan lounge where it can anchor the seating arrangement. For smaller snugs or second reception rooms, the 2m version of the same sofa is the better fit.
Is the frame actually solid wood?
Yes. The frame is solid Hevea Maple hardwood throughout — not the MDF, chipboard, veneer or softwood most sofas hide beneath the upholstery. It carries an upholstered seat mounted on that solid hardwood frame. Building the structure from real hardwood is what gives the sofa its buy-once durability, so it stays sound through years of daily family use.
